    1. Digital Service and Immediate Access

    Balloon Quote Pro is a digital subscription based software service. Access to the Service, or to paid features within the Service, may be granted immediately or shortly after payment is successfully processed. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service.

    2. No Refunds

    Except where required by applicable law, all payments made to Netxus Labs LLC for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, plan charges, and related fees are final and non refundable.

    No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements shall be issued for:

    • unused time;
    • partial billing periods;
    • failure to use the Service;
    • failure to cancel before renewal;
    • downgrades during an active billing cycle;
    • suspension or termination resulting from violation of applicable terms or policies.

    3. Automatic Renewal

    Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the applicable renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with your chosen billing cycle.

    You are solely responsible for monitoring your billing cycle and canceling prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue the Service.

    4. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings if that functionality is available, or by contacting support at support@netxuslabs.com. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewals only and does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any previously processed charge.

    If canceled, your access to paid features may continue through the end of the then current billing period, unless otherwise stated by Netxus Labs LLC.

    5. Failed Payments and Delinquent Accounts

    If a payment attempt fails, Netxus Labs LLC may retry the charge, suspend access to paid features, restrict account functionality, downgrade the account, or terminate access to the Service. Netxus Labs LLC reserves all rights to collect amounts owed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    6. Billing Disputes

    If you believe you were charged in error, you agree to contact Netxus Labs LLC at support@netxuslabs.com before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your card issuer, bank, or payment provider. Failure to contact us first does not waive our right to contest any chargeback or dispute.

    7. Modifications to This Refund Policy

    Netxus Labs LLC may revise this Refund Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Updated versions will be posted on the applicable website or within the Service, and the revised date will be updated accordingly.
