Balloon Quote Pro is a pricing and quoting tool built specifically for balloon artists and event decorators. It helps you track material costs, build reusable recipes for your setups, and generate professional PDF quotes all in one place.
No. You can create a free account without a credit card. The free plan includes up to 3 saved quotes, up to 5 materials, and up to 5 recipes. No payment required.
Most decorators are up and quoting within 15 to 20 minutes. You add your materials, build a couple of recipes from them, and you're ready to generate your first quote. Once your recipes are created, you can get a new quote in less than 5 minutes.
The Free plan includes up to 3 saved quotes, up to 5 materials, up to 5 recipes, three-tier pricing (Minimum, Recommended, Premium), PDF export with a small "Powered by Balloon Quote Pro" footer, and basic pricing settings for labor and delivery.
Pro gives you unlimited quotes, unlimited materials and recipes, PDF export with your own logo and branding, full quote history, quote cloning and reusable templates, advanced pricing rules (overhead presets, rush fees, delivery zones), a client list, and priority support.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.
Yes. You can start a Pro free trial without a credit card. It gives you full Pro access so you can see exactly how it fits your workflow before committing.
Yes! We offer annual billing with a 20% discount. Annual plan is $115.20/year (9.60/month equivalent), compared to $12/month for monthly billing. That's a great way to lock in your price and save.
A recipe is a saved setup, like a 10 foot balloon arch or a 6 balloon centerpiece, built from your material catalog. Once created, you can add any recipe to a quote instantly, and all costs are calculated automatically.
Every quote shows three prices: Minimum (your break-even floor), Recommended (your target margin), and Premium (a high-end market rate). You set your desired margin percentages in settings, and the engine calculates all three automatically based on your actual material and labor costs.
Yes. On the Pro plan, you upload your logo in Settings and it appears on every PDF you export. Free plan PDFs include a small "Powered by Balloon Quote Pro" footer instead.
Yes. You can set a flat delivery fee, a per-mile rate, or use distance bands in the Pro plan for zone-based pricing. Delivery is included in the total quote calculation.
Yes. On the Pro plan you can clone any past quote, adjust the items or logistics, and send a new proposal in seconds without starting from scratch.
Yes. All data is stored securely on industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Your materials, recipes, and quotes are only accessible to your account.
Every quote can be exported as a PDF at any time. Broader data export options are on our roadmap. If you need a specific format, contact us.
Your materials, recipes, quotes, and client information are always safely stored. When you downgrade to Free, you'll have access to your first 5 materials and 5 recipes you created, in line with Free plan limits. Pro exclusive features like unlimited materials, recipes, and advanced pricing rules will no longer be available. Your full quote and client history remains accessible if you upgrade back to Pro at any time, and all your materials and recipes will be instantly restored.
